Large Tract Boundary & Topographic Survey

Patterson Surveying & Engineering was tasked with the comprehensive boundary and topographic resolution of a 166.11-acre tract (Block 302, Lots 14, 26, 27, & 49).

Scope of Work

Historical Analysis: Performed a deep-dive analysis of various historical deeds and old surveys to establish a precise boundary resolution.


Wetland Delineation: Accurately surveyed and mapped wetland flags for portions of the site encumbered by environmental constraints.


Regulatory Approval: Prepared and submitted plans that were formally accepted by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) in 2025.
