This project involved a large-scale land development site consisting of multiple individual tracts. The primary objective was to unify these parcels into a single, manageable entity for the facility.
Scope of Work
Full Boundary Survey: Conducted an extensive survey across a high-acreage site.
Environmental Mapping: Identified and mapped various wetlands and flood hazard areas within the site boundaries.
Lot Consolidation: Successfully performed a lot consolidation to create one continuous tract totaling 161 acres.
