Surveying over 100 acres of complex terrain and preparing subdivision plans for federal land acquisition.

Patterson Surveying & Engineering executed a comprehensive survey of over 100 acres comprising rough terrain, including both swampland and uplands. The scope of work included the preparation of a minor subdivision plan and a successful presentation before the local land-use board.


The team adhered to strict government land survey requirements throughout the process. Additionally, "Task 2" of the project required recovering and verifying boundary markers for an existing adjacent wildlife refuge parcel consisting of over 200 acres.
