Full construction layout and as-built surveys for a 37-acre commercial access gate and security facility.

Project Details: For this 37-acre project site, PSE provided all construction layout and survey as-built services necessary for a new commercial access gate. The team established survey control markers and benchmarks to guide construction.


Specific layout tasks included staking out new roadways, buildings, drainage basins, grading, utilities, and security fencing. Final as-built drawings were delivered upon completion.
